These terms apply to sales by Scandipouch Distribution Inc ("we") to business customers through PouchWholesalers.com.
Business customers only
We sell exclusively to registered businesses. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for resale or business use, that you are 21 or older, and that you hold any licenses required to sell nicotine products where you operate.
Orders and pricing
Prices are provided by quote and are valid for the period stated in the quote. The minimum order is 2 cartons. An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing.
Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws on the sale, marketing and age verification of nicotine products. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
